An issue that matters to me: Animal abuse.
Interest/Hobbies: I like to think of myself as someone who doesn’t stick to a certain category. I have a very diverse liking in music, reading and I am open to learning and trying new things. I would describe my personality as a bubbly person, responsible, dedicated. I can be an extrovert and an introvert at the same time. I like planning my weeks, but I can also be spontaneous. Another of my likings is fashion, which also contributes to me being a creative person. I became very independent at a young age. Which explains why I don’t ask for help when I’m struggling, which also shows that I can be stubborn. I have many interests. For example, I like working with my dad at the car shop, I like to bake and cook, I love reading and art. Some of my favorite things to do are to go to the library and study for hours or I like to learn k-pop dances. I also like watching k-dramas and anime.
Aspirations: My aspiration is to graduate High School with the best grades possible, and to go to the best college fitted for me in Europe or Asia and become either a Doctor or a Mechanical Engineer. During the next few years I want to travel the world and experience new cultures, meet new people and gain more knowledge while traveling. The countries I want to visit so far are Italy, Paris, Greece, South Korea, and Japan. And the most important to me is helping to end animal abuse.
Why I joined Japanese Plus: I am very motivated and excited to join this program, because it would be a great opportunity to learn a new language. I am currently fluent in Spanish and English. I know a little bit of Chinese. But I would love to learn Japanese. I have a feeling that I will have a very fun time. I will give it my all to learn Japanese and be fluent in the language. I am also very detailed with my notes and it can come in handy in the program. I also think that by joining the program I will have the opportunity to work with other people who I can learn a lot from. And learning Japanese and being fluent in Japanese can become a very useful skill in the future when it comes to my academics, personal life or in my future goals.
