Interests/Activities:

I am in an electric car club and I volunteer at a hospital because I want to be an anesthesiologist in the future. I spend a lot of time listening to many different artists from many different genres of music. I especially like listening to K-pop. I also enjoy watching a lot of Kdramas in my spare time.

Why Japanese?

I choose to study Japanese not for the anime, but because I really enjoy trying new things and learning about other cultures. I also really like a challenge and learning a new language is definitely a way to challenge yourself. One dream of mine is to be able to travel the world and experience others’ cultures. Being able to learn Japanese and about the Japanese culture might potentially help me in the long run for me to be able to pursue this goal of mine. My favorite quote is “Everything will be okay in the end; if it’s not okay, it’s not the end”.
