Grade: Rising 11th Grader

Biography: I come from a family of five (three brothers). I am excited for the next school year. I have a ton of friends and family that I love to spend time with. I have traveled all over the world and can’t wait to keep exploring. I enjoy playing sports and videogames with friends and I can be an outgoing person if I’m with the right people.

Expectations: I expect to become better educated on the presence of Japanese culture and its impact in DC specifically. I hope my teachers are able to help teach me Japanese culture in DC through the restaurants and museums we visit. I think that by the middle of the program my knowledge will dramatically increase.
